There is certain pressure that comes with a new year. Up until now I didn’t realize that a new year does not necessarily mean a new start. We don’t have to become a “new me”. There is nothing wrong with keeping the old you, loving who you are, flaws and everything else.

A new year does not require a new diet or for you to have your whole life figured out, because you think you’re supposed to. Nothing resonates more for me then realizing that nothing will ruin your 20’s more than thinking you should have your life together already. Or finding yourself constantly comparing yourself to those around you. Allow this year and every year after that, to pave a path that inspires you to evolve as an individual you were destined to become.
